the hotel location worked well for my plans it was central enough. the breakfast had several options that were appealing. the staff at the door were always helpful in getting a taxi.
the room i had was quite small it was difficult to open my suitcase fully. the television.

the hotel was modern. my room featured a comfortable bed and blackout curtains. the bathroom included a rainfall shower. i found readily available toiletries. the housekeeping service was prompt, though i did not need it frequently.

the location was acceptable.
Check-in was delayed considerably. I did not access my room until 10 p.m., despite arriving at noon. i provided my telephone number multiple times, but no one contacted me. breakfast proved disappointing. Service was disorganized. i doubt i will return.

i enjoyed the hotel's central location and attentive staff. luke was courteous and professional, setting a high standard. the hotel surprised us with a complimentary wine bottle for our anniversary. the room blended luxury and comfort, a perfect retreat.
